we are launching Yoga at the club next Wednesday 5th September.
Sharon from www.artsantosha.com will deliver 2 x 30 minute sessions with chats in between.
7.15 pm and 8.15 pm
There will be a short Relaxation, a few Postures & some Meditation if time

I personally have benefited from yoga and it is a fantastic way of developing strength and flexible whilst relieving stress.
