RLTSC Grade 3 Tennis Open final update
Dear RLTSC members,
The Radlett Open LTA Grade 3 tennis tournament has now finished.
This was a tremendously well attended and received event with approximately 300 participants - from the Under 8s to the Under 18s and all age Open players - playing 394 matches over the week. A very large number of family and other supporters also attended. Warm plaudits have been received from many participants as well as the LTA who praised us for our courts and hospitality.
Two of our own, Dina Lipovski and Chris Martin, won the Mixed Doubles in a very closely fought competition and Chris was a very respectable runner up in the Men’s Doubles.
Many thanks again to members for your patience and understanding this week, and a huge thanks to all the members who volunteered their time towards the catering, or as on-court supervisors, or in setting up and packing up, to help make this tournament a great success and fantastic showcase for the Club.
